Socialnomics

All this social media has over the years expanded to dimensions we yet do not realize. Almost every single day of our lives is spended on socializing over this new world. A couple of years ago kids still played in playgrounds, and nowadays they stay locked up in their rooms doing who knows what. I find this to be shocking, because it changes the path your life was going to take.
There are always advantages. There will be people that make good use of it as to use it as a learning source. Others will just play with it, and in fact, do stuff they would rather not do. There isnt really a stop sign that indicates you to halt, but by the time you start surfing the internet, you should be mature enough to decide correctly for yourself. Another important fact is that numbers keep increasig, they never stop increasing. This means that society is constantly getting more involved and puts aside their selfishness.
In other words, necessities from society have grown tremendously, forcing more and more information to be displayed online. People rely more on the internet than in the actual news, which shows the trust they have to public news. Lets hope this change as so to be called, is heading to the right direction.

  1. I agree with you that we have not realized how big this phenomena is right now. It is pretty interesting that children have changed their daily life on playgrouds for their isolated life infront of the computer.
I think that you could have done something better predicting what is going to happen after today with social media. You should have also mentioned the risks you run when you go on the internet.
Other than that, i really liked your post because it talks about the most important people's lives, FUTURE GENERATIONS!

  2. Well, I like the way you stated your opinions, but I think that you should watch out for your SPELLING and use of grammar. But I agree with what you said that more people are getting involved, but I don't know if it's putting aside their selfishness or helping increase it. Great Job!
